Infos on Prices and Conditions

General conditions:

• Prices are quoted in Euro per person and day for a minimum stay of 3 days.
• In the rooms and in the common areas smoking is not allowed
• On request we can accept small pets, but they cannot stay in the common areas. As additional cleaning costs we calculate 10,00 € per day and per pet.

Half-board includes:

• accomodation with buffet breakfast
• dinner with choice of 3 first courses and 2 second courses, antipasti, vegetables and salad buffet

Full-board includes:

• accommodation with buffet breakfast
• lunch with choice of 2 first courses and 2 second courses
• dinner with choice of 3 first courses and 2 second courses, antipasti, vegetables and salad buffet

Prices include:

• parking place
• WI-FI connection
• wellness area access with swimming-pool, sauna, steam-bath and gym
• Christmas and New Year Eve Dinner with live music in the respective periods
• heated ski deposit with boot-heaters
• 10% VAT

Extra charges:

• To the indicated prices is added the local tourist tax of 2,00 € per person and day for guests from 13 years. The tourist tax must be paid at the departure and is specified on the bill.
• double room with single occupancy: 50% extra charge
• heated garage place: 12,00 € per day and car
• cradle: 6,00 € per day

Reductions:

• The following reductions are given in parents room:

Children:

• 0 - 1 years: -100%
• 2 - 7 years: -40%

Extra beds:

• 3rd, 4th, 5th additional bed from 8 years: -30%

Check-in and check-out:

• The rooms are reserved from 4:00 pm on check-in day until 10:00 am on check-out day.

Reservation and deposit:

• The reservation is valid after receipt and written confirmation of the agreed deposit
• The deposit must be made within 7 days from our confirmation of the reservation by
• money transfer

Payment method:

• The accomodation bill can be paid with cash or credit card
• The Italian legislative decree nr. 201/2011 forbids cash payments from 1.000,00 €. This limit cannot be exceeded also by partial payments if the total amount is 1.000,00 € or over. Credit card payments or bank money transfers are allowed for payments from 1.000,00 €:

Cancellation policy:

Unexpected events can always happen and a cancellation is unpleasant for both parts. The Consumer Code grants no rights in case of cancellation.

Nevertheless we grant the following cancellation policy:

• In case of reservation a 30% deposit is required. In case of cancellation the deposit is returned only if the cancelled rooms are rented again at the same conditions.

We suggest stipulating a travel insurance with your insurance company.

• In the apartments and in the common areas smoking is not allowed.
• The apartments cannot be occupied by more persons than specified in the reservation.
• On request we can accept small pets, but they cannot stay in the common areas. As additional cleaning costs we calculate 10,00 € per day and pet.
• At the departure the general state of the apartment and the cleaning of the kitchen will be checked.

Prices include:

• parking place
• WI-FI connection
• access to wellness area in Hotel Portavescovo with swimming-pool, sauna, steam-bath and gym (only in the winter and summer season)
• heated ski deposit with boot dryers
• bed linen, towels, kitchen linen, dishes and cutlery
• midweek towels changing
• weekly linen and towels changing
• electricity, water and heating supply
• final cleaning (kitchen excluded)
• 10% VAT
